I don't have my atv and I don't get atv parts and I spun couple thousand caps and got like 10 jackpots zero atv transmissions
I haven’t seen if the question was answered but yes as a player who doesn’t have my ATV yet I still can get atv parts (at least the transmission) but yeah the rewards are changed for me as well.
